My morning snack consisted of a delicious tart apple with some peanut butter yogurt dip.
My evening dessert consisted of one apple (90 calories) and a peanut butter greek yogurt dip (47 calories). I used 1.5 Tbs. of greek yogurt (12 calories), 1 tsp. of powdered peanut butter (10 calories), 1/2 tsp. of crunchy peanut butter (15 calories), 1/2 tsp. agave nectar (10 calories) and a sprinkle of cinnamon to create this yumminess. My hubby made me a cup of coffee with creamer too go with it (42 calories). Total dessert = 179 calories.
I am capable of eating an apple without dip but I find they are way to sweet for my liking. I like to have the salty peanut butter to even it out. I thought it would be good to have a little protein in me as well.
