Open Faced Smoked Gouda, Parmesan & Artichoke Sandwich

Slice of Bread
1 tbs. of butter or margarine
1 oz. Smoked Gouda
1 oz. Parmesan Cheese
Artichoke Hearts

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Take piece of bread and spread butter on one side. Once oven is heated put bread in baking dish or on cookie sheet and place in oven until butter melts and is a little crispy. About 3 minutes.

Remove bread from oven and flip bread over, spread butter on other side. Spread parmesan cheese on bread, top with artichoke hearts and then smoked gouda. Place back in oven and bake until cheese is melted through, about 5-7 minutes. Enjoy!
