Looking for low carb and low sugar foods has led me to Uncle Sam’s Cereal. This cereal has little flavor but there is something very good and filling about it. One serving size is 3/4 cup, it has 190 calories, 38 grams of carbs, less than 1 gram of sugar and 10 grams of fiber. As part of my breakfast I eat half a cup cereal with 1/3 cup almond milk. This totals 142 calories, 25 grams carbs, 6 grams of fiber and no sugar.
