Now that I am focusing a low carb low sugar diet, I have decided to eat wheat again. It is very difficult binging on bread items when most brands are filled with sugar and carbs. This Food for Life Bread, commonly called Ezekiel bread, is an excellent whole grain bread. It’s so hearty. One slice is 80 calories, has 14 grams of carbs and no sugar! That’s a good find! There are 3 grams of fiber as well.
It is a more expensive bread but in the long run as I cut out more unhealthy items I think the cost will balance out. I am sure I won’t be going out to eat near as often! Plus my health is very important to me!
