4/29: Cranberry Apple Juice & Caramel Coffee

Starting my day off I had 2 glasses of cranberry apple juice (180 calories) and a cup of coffee with caramel creamer. This definitely proved to me why I dislike juice, it’s a waste of calories! I didn’t know how many calories I would lose by drinking this juice until after I had already chugged it down. Disappointing! I could have a tall fat free latte and enjoyed it much more!
