I always want to buy brussel sprouts but always forget!
I think this year was the first time I ever even had brussel sprouts and now they are my favorite vegetable! 25 years without this yumminess… I better make up for all that lost time 😉
I have never had one either. Which makes me nervous trying to cook with them. But I will plunge into Veggie yumminess.
They are actually pretty simple to make! I just throw them in a bowl with a little water, cover them with plastic wrap, poke a couple holes in the plastic and microwave them for 6 minutes. Then I take them out, cut them in half and saute them with a little butter and garlic salt. Delicious!
