4/23: Coffee with Apple Fritter Donuts



I ordered donut pans online and got them in the mail today. I had to try them out so I worked on creating the perfect apple fritter donut. They tasted pretty good but they still need some changes to be made to them. I did something wrong because the texture is kind of gummy, which can happen in the world of gluten free baking. I actually ate these two and then part of a big one I made in a twist pan.
