As weird as it sounds I have come to love brussel sprouts. They just may be my new favorite vegetable. I was craving them so I cooked up a few (40 calories) with a little butter (50 calories), added some garlic salt and had a yummy vegetable treat. I ate these rice puffs (130 calories) but now I’m a little disappointed I did. I felt if I ate the brussel sprouts alone then I’d be hungry before dinner so I was looking for something to fill me up. I actually don’t think I really needed them so it was a waste of calories in my mind. At least they were both gluten free.
