4/21: Blackened Tilapia Over Rice with a Plum Dressed Salad & Diet Squirt

For dinner this evening I cooked up some blackened tilapia (100 calories) to go with 1/2 cup rice (120 calories) and a plum dressed salad of baby lettuce, cheese and almonds (85 calories). I had a Diet Squirt as well. It feels so good to eat a healthy meal! Total calories = 305.
