4/20: Chocolate Donut, Egg Whites, Turkey Bacon, Vitamin D Milk and Coffee

This morning I decided to eat my donut in a ‘positive way’. I wanted to think of it as the carb in my meal but still eat the healthier things with it. I had my normal sides of egg whites, bacon and coffee but then of course had a donut with a much needed glass of whole milk.
