This morning I thought I’d try to get back on track eating the good stuff my body needs. I made a bowl of cream of rice cereal (80 calories), added 1/4 tsp. butter (25 calories), 1.5 tsp. sugar (25 calories) and 1.5 tbs. half & half (30 calories). Normally I would use brown sugar but we were out. I had some egg whites (30 calories) and turkey bacon (40 calories) to make sure I had my morning protein. I drank my coffee black (2 calories) because I put the half & half in my cereal (it tasted better in there). Total breakfast = 232 calories.
