The thing I hate about getting up too early is because it’s like adding an extra needed meal to your day. I kind of figure a good schedule is breakfast at 8am, snack at 10am, lunch at noon, etc. Well Mumu Kutchu gets me up every morning by 6am. I get up, make breakfast for Mumu and myself. Then, this morning for instance, I made myself this snack and right as I was getting ready to dish up I noticed it was only 9! How will I survive not eating anything until noon after this early snack?
This little meal consisted of cheesy smoked gouda grits topped with turkey bacon brussel sprouts. Yum!
