4/17: Refried Beans & Cheese with Tortilla Chips and Carrots

By the time I had lunch it was after two and I couldn’t decide if I wanted to eat my refried beans or a tamale. I opted for the beans because they are one of my favorite foods! Odd huh? I warmed up 1/2 cup refried beans (100 calories), 1 oz. cheddar cheese and then dipped in my tortilla chips. Yum! I made sure to eat some veggies as well.
