4/17: Maple Brown Sugar Oatmeal, Egg Whites, Turkey Bacon

This morning I was determined to get back on track and do my calorie counting. Summer is coming and I want to look good! Actually I want to look good in every season! I made some 100 calorie maple brown sugar instant oatmeal, 2 egg whites (30 calories) and 1 slice thick turkey bacon (40 calories). It’s my son who really forces me out of the bed in the morning but I still feel proud of myself for finally creating this habit of getting up early enough to make a good breakfast and pack a lunch for work. First meal, success!
