4/16: Salmon with Brussel Sprouts and Salad

My husband is Alaskan Native and his grandfather recently sent us 40 lbs. of frozen salmon. For dinner I had salmon, garlic butter brussel sprouts and a Kyoto plum dressed salad with a sprinkle of parmesan cheese. I really enjoyed this meal but my hungry beast got the best of me and told me I was not finished for a while!
