This morning I made a packet of high fiber Strawberries & Cream instant oatmeal (130 calories) to take with me as my morning snack. I like cold oatmeal so it’s an easy carb for me to make and take along. I wanted to have a low calorie protein so I added a Babybel cheese (50 calories). I won’t say it was my favorite combination but they fulfilled their purpose in keeping me content until lunch time. Not pictured was coffee with amaretto creamer (70 calories). Snack = 250 calories.
