4/9: Kimbap with Ponzu Sauce

For my morning snack I brought Kimbap (180 calories) made with spinach, bulgogi, egg and pickled diakon radish. Normally carrot is part of this but I didn’t have any on hand when making my kimbap this morning. Of course I made a little citrus sauce to complete my yummy snack!
