This morning I ate a bowl of Honey Bunches of Oats (120 calories) with a 1/3 cup 1% milk (34 calories). Sometimes it’s nice to have cereal on hand for a quick breakfast. I shared my one slice of turkey bacon (40 calories) with Mumu and cut up some nice red strawberries (18 calories). I was running out of time and only managed drink a third of my coffee. Not fun when you’re headed for a long work day! Total breakfast = 214 calories.
