This is such a yummy snack. It’s not necessarily convenient for taking along while running errands or as a work snack but when your home and you want something hot and tasty, this is the way to go.
I use 1/2 cup rice (120 calories), topped with a fried egg (73 calories), 1/8 tsp. sesame oil (5 calories) and 1/2 tsp. Tamari Gluten Free Soy sauce (2 calories). I love it! Total Calories = 80.
