4/5: Morning Wake Me Up with a Good Book

Last night my little teething Mumu Kutchu did not sleep well. He woke me up at 3am and fussed and cried until I rocked him to sleep around 4am. Then he still woke up a little after 6. I managed to roll myself out of bed before Mumu knocked the picture off the wall above our bed.

I made some coffee (8 calories) it was much stronger than I was planning. I like strong coffee but this stuff you couldn’t see through, at all! Of course that meant I needed some sweet amaretto coffee creamer (40 calories) to pair with it, plus a good book.

I have been working my way through The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People and it’s very inspiring. I have looked at this book many times over the years but have never felt a draw to read it until now. It’s a good time in my life because I’m trying to become a more motivated proactive person.
