I really like having this breakfast drink option in the mornings. Sometimes I really don’t want to eat anything. I spent most my life skipping breakfast until I heard it was important to eat in the morning if you wanted your metabolism to start working at the beginning of your day. It’s been long enough now that I generally want to eat breakfast but there are just some days I don’t have the time or energy to prepare anything.
This drink is not very high calorie for a breakfast meal but I still wouldn’t mind picking up some fat free milk to save myself a few calories.
