This morning I made a couple mini Dutch baby pancakes for my hubby and I. They are an egg-like pancake you cook in the oven and they puff up high around the edges. They settle some once they are removed from the oven so this picture doesn’t do them justice. They are best cooked in a cast iron skillet, so delicious! We sprinkle ours with powdered sugar and lemon juice. I also had two turkey sausage links and slices of mango and kiwi. I prefer my fruit sour and Manly likes them sweet. Do you have a preference?
