This picture is the very mini version of a puffed up dutch baby. When made in a bigger pan they get really high and even yummier looking.
Dutch Baby Pancakes
1 cup flour
1 cup milk
dash of salt
4 tbs. butter
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place butter in pan (cast iron skillet or 9×13 pan) and put in oven. While pan is in the oven beat together the eggs, milk, flour and salt.
When the butter is melted remove pan from the oven and pour in the batter. Put in oven and cook until the edges have risen up high and the Dutch Baby is golden brown (about 15-20 minutes). Sprinkle with powdered sugar and lemon juice. Enjoy!
