3/24: Chicken Pot Pie with Gluten Free Crust

Since I still had some butternut squash left I decided to make a squash and spinach quiche this morning. I had some left over crust so I made Mumu and I a mini pot pie for lunch. It turned out good although I don’t think the filling was quite as successful as when I make the full recipe. We still enjoyed it though!
