3/22: Tuna Fish Sandwich on GF Bread with Creamy Swiss Cheese

This was a splurge I didn’t need to make today. I was hungry though and I knew I wouldn’t have dinner done for a few hours. I made a can of tuna, added some mayo, mustard, celery, pickles, pine nuts (experiment), curry powder and a couple drops of lemon juice. I ate it on gluten free bread and had a little Laughing Cow Swiss Cheese.
