I forgot to prep steel cut oats the night before so when I got up in the morning there was nothing for me. I felt like I was starving so I opted for cold cereal rather than cook anything. These are not gluten free so I generally don’t eat them. These small soup bowls (usually you see them at restaurants) are so convenient! Their size prevents you from eating more than a serving size (unless you have seconds of course… which I did NOT). I ate 3/4 cup with 1/3 cup 2% milk.
